Question 1

How do I book a private yacht charter?

Accepted Answer

Submit a charter request with your preferred date, location, guest count, and the experience you have in mind. A NewportYacht concierge will respond personally with curated vessel options, availability, and pricing — typically within one business day.

Question 2

Which destinations do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We specialize in two iconic harbors: Newport Beach, California on the Pacific Coast, and Newport, Rhode Island in New England. Our fleet and brokerage network are concentrated in these two markets.

Question 3

What is included in a charter?

Accepted Answer

Charters include a professional captain and crew, fuel for standard cruising, and standard amenities. Catering, premium beverages, water toys, and special requests can be arranged by your concierge. Specifics vary by vessel and are confirmed in your proposal.

Question 4

Can you help me buy or sell a yacht?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with vetted brokers and private owners across both Newports. Whether you are a qualified buyer seeking a specific vessel or an owner considering a sale, our team facilitates discreet, professional introductions.

Question 5

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

Peak summer dates and holidays book quickly, particularly larger vessels. We recommend reaching out as early as possible. That said, our concierge can often accommodate last-minute requests subject to availability.

Question 6

Is my inquiry kept confidential?

Accepted Answer

Discretion is foundational to our service. Your information is used solely to fulfill your request and is never sold or shared beyond the partners necessary to deliver your experience.
